I took my dimensions for a retaining wall with pictures and was told I needed 288 block to complete. I had to then order another 144 blocks because there sales staff did the math wrong. When I called and ordered the second amount they apologized, but however they still charged me another transportation fee of $225. I then asked the owner for a refund and they said it was my fault because I gave them the wrong measurements, however I had the hand written notes from there sales person with my exact length and height. They also sold me an extra 100' of the mesh that holds the wall back, around $300 of wasted money. When I returned my pallets to get my core charge back of $16 per pallet, was only given $15.. I guess they don't want to admit that they made a mistake, sense they are all family..... I will not buy for here again, recommend another supplier if you want the right supplies to do the job the first time.
