United States Postal Service at 345 South Main Street, Butler, Pennsylvania.

I came for passport services. I sat and waited for the person in front of me to be processed. As soon as she was finished I was told it will be a little while as the worker went to her post. I asked how long and she said "I don't know." So how many people were you going to let come in and be served while I sit here? Because the previous person was helped right after the person being served for passport services was finished. So as I sat there, 25 people were served, as they kept coming in, over the course of 45 minutes. Mind there was another worker serving customers, and a third worker standing there (who was called for back up) who stood there and did nothing but look around. Thanks for the not so helpful help.
